The Legendary Cars Collection previously cost £3.99 and features four vehicles based on famous movie cars, including the Jansen P12 88 Special, Hunter Cavalry Bootlegger, Hunter Manhattan Spirit and Carson GT Nighthawk.
To queue it up for download, head through to Xbox.com.
There doesn't appear to be any reason why the DLC has been discounted, although it still appears to cost full price on PSN.

The Concept Lamborghini pack introduces two new cars – the Lamborghini Miura Concept and Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo - although much like last time, you'll need to purchase the more expensive Complete Pack to use them across both sides of the law.
For £3.09 you can pick up the Concept Lamborghini Racers Pack, letting you use both cars in the Racer career, or for the same price you can buy the Concept Lamborghini Cops Pack, making them available in the Cop career.
Alternatively you can buy the Complete Pack for £4.69, unlocking them for both careers....
